Hey guys, I’m back again with another mistake. This one is quite beneficial to all human beings I think. Maintaining a heathy lifestyle is definately one the best things you can do for yourself. It makes you feel good on the outside but escpecially on the inside. It makes you feel strong, powerful, sexy, gorgeous everything you may want to feel. Its helps get through the worst days because it puts you in a great mood. I used to be extremely healthy, always eating the right food, exercising every day, doing skin care routines, meditation, everything but slowly I stopped especially when it came to exam times and my trip to Florida and since then I haven’t been myself at all. I always feel disgusting and my skin had also taken a turn for the worse, but I have decided that I’m going to get back on track and be healthy again because I love it. It makes me feel so alive- So I’m going to give you guys 5 ways to make a start to your brand new life.
Step 1: Make the Decision- Making the decision, to actually be ready to make the commitment is probably the most important step in this entire process. If you are not ready to eat less junk food, workout on a regular basis, create healthier eating habits, then you need to take a good look in the mirror and say to yourself-“I am ready to change my life for the better and nothing is going to stop me! I am going to get fit, eat healthy and be happy because I am strong and won’t quit till I’m fit”.
Step 2: Learn to wake up early- This is probably the next most important step. Getting an early start to your day is the best thing you can do for yourself. It means you can accomplish more in a day and feel more productive, which leads to feeling happier. Waking up early can give you a chance to the things you never have time for like working out- I reccomend you do it in the morning, its the best time to do it because once your done it sets the tone for the rest of day, your happier and you feel more productive. You can go for a walk, a run, you can meditate, do yoga and make yourself a proper breakfast- I’m talking to YOU! The one who always skips breakfast.
Step 3: Water is your BEST FRIEND- I don’t think I can stress this enough but DRINK, DRINK, DRINK water. Hydration is so important, it keeps you from feeling week, having muscle cramos, dizziness, must I go on. Water is an important fuel for your body, which by the way is literally made up of water and if you don’t hydrate especially with all the exercise your going to be doing your body will break down and weaken. So guys DRINK WATER- drink as if your life depends on it ’cause it kind of does.
Step 4: Eat Breakfast- Breakfast, guys, is THE most IMPORTANT meal of the day and if you didn’t know that, well now you do and honestly I can assure you, if you add a good balanced breakfast to your diet, you will see significant changes n0t only in your body but in your mental health too. Breakfast gives you the energy you need to survive throughout the day. Trust me when I say that once you see the difference breakfast makes in your day you will NEVER turn back and you can quote me on that if you happen to prove me wrong.
Step 5: Be consistent- Guys, I know how easy it is to get off track. Believe me its happened to me way too often, but it is important to st a pattern that your body will get used to, that way keeping up your healthy lifestyle will be easy. Wake up the same time every morning, workout at the same time everyday- Set a certain pattern for your mind to follow and before you know it you will be doing these things almost automatically. One way to stay consistent with your healthy meals is to meal prep. If you do all your cooking during the weekend and store it in the fridge, it makes a whole world of difference when your too busy to cook during the week. This means you will be able to eat healthy without wasting any of your precious time. Also, change up your meals and your workouts every now and then to keep things fresh, new and interesting so that you won’t get bored of doing and eating the same things.
